Our Reston Town Center training facility (above) hosted our classes throughout much of 2009. Watch for photos of our new, more spacious location coming soon.

Our Location

We're located in the upscale Washington, DC, suburb of Reston, Virginia. Our building is just a few miles away from Reston Town Center, a pedestrian-friendly assortment of office buildings, retail shops, restaurants, a multiplex, and more.

We rent our training facilities from the ASCE Bechtel Conference Center, and they're top-notch. Look for us at:

Nearest Airports

• We highly recommend that you use Washington Dulles International Airport (IAD). It's less than 9 miles from our location and traffic usually won't be that bad.
  
  
• Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport (DCA) is about 21 miles away -- toward DC. Expect heavier traffic, and a more complicated route. (Don't say we didn't warn you!)

Any hotel in Reston or Herndon will be a reasonable driving distance to our training center. All hotels listed below are "between" our center and Dulles Airport. Prices cited are the minimum prices found during a recent (10/2009) internet search; your price may vary.

Top 5 Things to Do
in the Reston / DC Area

Our training center is located just minutes outside the National Beltway, in the beautiful Northern Virginia suburbs of Washington, DC. Here are some things to do while you're in town:

1. Stroll Reston Town Center. A few miles away from our doorstep, you can go shopping, chow down, or see a movie. (Here's what's showing.) In the summer, you may be lucky enough to see a free concert. (See this events calendar.)
   
   
2. Tour Washington, DC. We're pretty sure we don't have to tell you about all the museums and monuments. But, just in case you're too busy reading the CMMI Glossary to make it into town, here's a virtual tour of the National Mall.
   (Approx. 21 miles or 31 minutes from our center.)
   
   
3. Get free process improvement advice! On the occasional Wednesday after class, our instructor has been known to indulge student questions about life, the universe, and the CMMI at a local watering hole.
   
   
4. Visit the "Other" Air and Space Museum. The National Air and Space Museum has a huge annex for the really big stuff, just outside Dulles Airport. See the Space Shuttle Enterprise, a Concorde, and more.

5. Take a hike. Great Falls Park is an impressive, wild area only minutes outside of DC. Trails provide numerous opportunities to view the falls and explore the park.
