We offer process improvement consulting on a limited basis, seeking to engage no more than two customers at any given time. This focus allows us to provide a high level of customer service and satisfaction despite our sometimes heavy public and private CMMI training schedule.

Our consulting methodology focuses on the use of the SEI CMMI for improved business performance -- not just compliance. We’ll help to:

• Jump-start your process improvement program. Determine where to begin, create a reasonable plan, establish your team, and make sure everybody is up-to-speed on the CMMI.
  
  
• Create process descriptions that will actually be used. No, we don’t write your process descriptions for you… and you should run away from any consulting firm that offers to do just that! But we will facilitate brainstorming sessions, review process documentation, provide CMMI interpretations, and provide your team with needed guidance.
  
  
• Develop post-appraisal action plans. After each of your appraisals – and yes, you’ll typically have more than one in an appraisal life cycle – we’ll guide you in the development of a realistic plan to implement your “improvement opportunities.”
