We've delivered our unique style of CMMI training at dozens of locations across North America. (Enlarge.)

WE'LL BRING OUR SHOW TO YOU

Sure, our public CMMI classes draw folks from Virginia, Maryland, DC, and waaaay beyond. But...

If you give us enough lead time, some space, and maybe some flipcharts -- we'll give you an info-taining private delivery of any one of our CMMI classes. Our absolute minimum class size is five, but we highly recommend at least 8-10 students for the best classroom experience. (Our pricing structure allows you to add more students for a low price.)

Many clients choose to mix-and-match our courses; one popular combination is to kick things off with our proprietary, motivational half-day CMMI Executive Overview, followed by the three-day Introduction to CMMI-DEV, and capped off by the one-day Services Supplement for CMMI.

You Know Our Clients

They handle your credit card transactions, make the disk drives inside your computers, spearhead disaster recovery, build nuclear submarines, and (inevitably) collect your taxes.

Here's a partial list of organizations that have brought Bill onsite to deliver the Introduction to CMMI class. Because many have also gone on to be formally appraised against the model, we've included additional information about their most recent maturity level rating -- when available. (See the notes at the bottom of this list for more information.)

Also remember we've effectively taught the CMMI to hundreds of other organizations not on this list. They've simply sent students to our public classes rather than hosting us onsite.

Notes about the maturity level (ML) ratings in this list:

(1) The data was taken from the publicly available Published Appraisal Results (PARS) website on December 22, 2012.

(2) Because reorganizations are common, the appraised organizational units were often not exactly the same as the ones that we taught. We've attempted to align the two as closely as possible, but in many cases approximations are unavoidable.

3) Appraisal results are only valid for three years, hence some of the above MLs may no longer be valid by the time you read this.

(4) Why don't we have ML's listed for every organization we've taught?
(a) some haven't had their initial formal appraisal (SCAMPI A) yet
(b) some haven't had a SCAMPI A in the three years prior to 12/22/2012, so they're no longer listed on the PARS website
(c) many have re-organized such that it's impossible to determine whether a level rating is truly applicable for the organization we taught
(d)
in some cases the organization may only be interested in improvement rather than demonstrating compliance; therefore they may never have had a SCAMPI A.
