CMMI® v2: Upgrade Training

The official CMMI® Institute certified course, packed with our special bonuses

Why Take This Course

Transition your knowledge from CMMI V1.3 to CMMI V2 to build competitive advantage and meet the challenges of the global business landscape.

This one-day class gives you a basic understanding of the key differences between CMMI V1.3 (of which you're already familiar) and V2. To make it more practical, you may follow it up with one or more supplemental classes, like Building Development Excellence or Building Service Excellence. (In fact, to serve on a CMMI V2 appraisal team, a Building Excellence class may be necessary! See the CMMI Institute's ATM Eligibility Policy for details.)

Who Should Attend

This class should be attended by:

  • Anyone who has completed Introduction to CMMI V1.3 and wants to upgrade to CMMI V2, without taking the "deeper dive" offered by Foundations of Capability
