Take this course for an intro to basic CMMI concepts and to qualify for the CMMI Associate Certification exam. Optionally follow it with a Building Development (or Service) Excellence class to help qualify as a CMMI-DEV (or SVC) Appraisal Team Member. No prerequisites. Introduces key concepts and the 17 core Practice Areas. Includes access to our online CMMI Associate practice exams plus membership in our Alumni Club.

equisite: Foundations of Capability

Learn to apply CMMI in a development environment using real-world, scenario-driven exercises. Introduces the two Development domain-specific Practice Areas, Technical Solution (TS) and Product Integration (PI).

This class will teach you to understand and use the Development domain (CMMI-DEV). For organizations that want to build capability in engineering or developing solutions (products and/or services).

Building Service Excellence

Prerequisite: Foundations of Capability

Learn to apply CMMI in a service management and delivery environment using real-world, scenario-driven exercises. Introduces the four Services domain-specific Practice Areas: Service Delivery Management (SDM), Strategic Service Management (STSM), Incident Resolution and Prevention (IRP), and Continuity (CONT).

This course teaches you to understand and use the Services domain (CMMI-SVC). For organizations that want to build capability in establishing, managing, and delivering services.
